Use BPG as your broker to acquire your property and we can partner with you in the deal for a minority share in the deal.  As experienced developers, investors and managers, we we can also provide deal assessment consultation, market comps, feasibility studies, pre-redevelopment services, construction management and more. Upon aquisition, we will provide a discounted management fee to manage the property.  With a vested interest in the real estate, BPG's managmentment services allign with any owner's   investment strategies providing seamless management and amore robust ROI.
